ISAAC SCHAFFER
Founder • Production Director
Isaac’s background spans music education, live performance, touring, event promotion, and production. His early experience includes performing with Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps (2013–2015) and Rhythm X (2015–2016), before building a career as touring electronic artist Ujuu and founding Solace Family Records.
His experience across performance, promotion, and live production ultimately led to Monument Production Group—bringing the creative, technical, and organizational sides of live events under one roof.
